LEGAL NOTICE, GENERAL AND WEB SITE TERMS
Present General Terms rule the access and use of this web, which is accessed through the main domain http://www.adl-torrevieja.com, notwithstanding the use of other auxiliary domains allowing access to all or part of this web.

Users of this Web must read these General Terms contained in this Legal Notice, which will be considered of contract nature. Access to the web implies knowledge and full acceptance of these General Terms and the acceptance of the new future rules that the owner might establish. The web page http://www.adl-torrevieja.com aims the promotion of its contents, being thus a merely corporate and communication web. In order to achieve this goal, access and use of certain contents is granted to users.

These files are property of the Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja, and will be managed as established by the above mentioned law.
The purpose of the forms available at the web page is having the information needed to get in contact with interested users, in order to supply them the required information, help them with job search, doubts, suggestions, as well as communications and news on the general ADL activity.
Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja is responsible for the files, and states that it will not use the information contained therein to a purpose different than the one they were collected for, nor will supply them to a third party unless required by law. It also states that it will manage the data confidentially, and that it will display the technical, organisation and security means needed to prevent unauthorized access or manipulation.
Those whose data are filed have the right to access, change and cancel their entries. In order to use this right, they must address a written request to the address of Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja, or an email to adl@cv.gva.es. They can also phone +34965707850.
Users will be responsible of the accuracy of the supplied data. Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja will be entitled not to contact any user supplying wrong or false data, notwithstanding the legal actions that might be started for this reason.
Present privacy policy can be changed by strict fulfilment of the legal changes that might occur, or of new rules released by the Data Protection Agency.

APPLICABLE LAWS
Present terms are governed by Spanish laws. Any controversy arising about present web will be solved by a Spanish courthouse. Both parties agree to solve controversies in courthouses of the city of Torrevieja.
In case of controversy about the interpretation of the present General Terms, the master version will be the one written in Spanish language.
